Irina Shamsi Wall Art Gallery

Irina Shamsi was born and brought up in Chisinau, the capital city of Republic of Moldova, formerly a part of the USSR. From a very early age, Irina was interested in fine arts and in school excelled in painting and music. Her parents encouraged her more towards music and she learnt to play the piano but her first love remained in expressing herself through painting. Later in life, when time and opportunity permitted, Irina took up painting seriously and attended painting classes conducted by few well known artists of Moldova. Having honed her skills in Acrylic on Canvas, she started to paint professionally and her paintings were in demand in Moldova. Having moved to the U.A.E., the artist has continued her love for painting abstract, landscape and still life.
