Ranjisha Raghavan is an Engineer by profession. Working in Oil and Gas Industry for 15+ years, she is currently taking a break. In 2014, Ranjisha discovered her passion for painting. Largely self-taught, she has been experimenting in different mediums, styles and techniques. As a continuous learner, Ranjisha is journeying through a creative world and discovering art and its power of expression. Art has also helping her to observe and represent the world from a different perspective, one of colors and feelings. Though the artist’s favorite themes are nature inspired landscapes and flowers in oil, which were the majority of her earlier works, she is currently  experimenting with other mediums and abstract styles. Ranjisha also works with alcohol inks and doodles on them but she has lately been infatuated with resin work and is getting to know the medium. This painters objective is not to just create paintings, but to enjoy the process, go on a continuous journey of learning and creativity while narrating a story to the audience. This motivates and inspires Ranjisha to live life to the fullest.
